How does the registration process work?

Simply complete a registration form for each child. If a spot is available, we’ll send you a confirmation email with payment instructions and a few additional forms (medical, emergency contacts, and consent). Once everything is submitted and processed, you’ll receive a final confirmation and your child will be ready for Camp Flip!

How do I know if my child is accepted?

You will receive a confirmation email once your child’s registration has been processed. If spaces are full, you will be notified and offered a spot on the waitlist.

Is there a waitlist if the program is full?

Yes. If our camp reaches capacity, families can join the waitlist. Spaces will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis if spots open up.

What paperwork is required before my child attends?

We require a completed registration form, medical information form, emergency contacts, and signed consent forms before your child can attend camp.

What is the age range for children? 

Camp Flip welcomes children aged 3 to 11.

I have multiple children–can I register them all at the same time?

Yes, our registration system allows you to register siblings together in one process.

Do you offer sibling discounts or financial assistance?

Please contact us directly regarding financial assistance options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and full payment must be made before camp begins.

Who do I contact if I need to reach staff during the day?

You can reach us by phone at 07812467712 during camp hours. A staff member will always be available.

What are your operating hours? 

Our adventure camp runs daily in the school holidays between 9-5pm. Optional extras include early drop off and late pick up.

Do you offer early drop-off or late pick-up?

Yes, we offer both! These are included in our optional extras and must be paid for at the time of booking.

Do children need to bring their own supplies or equipment?

No, children don’t need to bring their own supplies or equipment. We provide everything they’ll need for activities, so they can simply come ready to have fun!

What should my child bring each day?

Children should come dressed in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and bring a refillable water bottle, and any necessary sun protection (hat, sunscreen). We provide all the equipment needed for activities, so they just need to arrive ready for adventure!

Do you provide daily or weekly updates?

Yes we provide a comprehensive update at pick up times.

What is your camp capacity?

Our camp currently welcomes up to 30 children per session, ensuring a fun and friendly environment. As we grow, we look forward to increasing our capacity to welcome even more children per session.

What’s your child-to-teacher ratio?

We are fully compliant with Ofsted requirements.

Are snacks provided?

Yes! We provide a nutritious snacks throughout the day, so children stay fuelled and energised for their adventures. To keep energy levels steady and healthy, we kindly ask that sweets and chocolate are not included in children’s pack lunch.

How do you handle food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We take food allergies and dietary needs very seriously. Please let us know about any allergies or restrictions when booking, and our team will ensure your child’s meals and snacks are safe and suitable.

Do you accommodate children with special needs?

We welcome children of all abilities and do our best to create an inclusive, supportive environment. If your child has additional needs, please let us know when booking so we can discuss how to best support them and ensure their camp experience is safe, positive, and enjoyable. While we may not be able to accommodate every need in all circumstances, we are always happy to work with families to explore what’s possible.

Are field trips included? If so, how are they supervised?

Our camps are packed with exciting activities onsite, and we do not include offsite field trips. This ensures children remain in a safe, familiar environment under the full supervision of our trained staff

What is your lost and found policy?

We encourage children to keep their belongings labelled and safe, but if something is misplaced, we keep all found items in our Lost & Found. Parents can check with staff at collection time to reclaim any lost belongings. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for valuables brought to camp.
