About the Creators
At Camp Flip, our leadership team is made up of two passionate professionals who combine hands-on childcare experience, educational insight, and business know-how.
Our Camp Director is not only a qualified Chartered Accountant and accomplished corporate leader, but also a proud mum to two energetic children. Inspired by her own children’s feedback on camps they didn’t enjoy, and guided by her experience as a parent, she understands what families truly value — a safe environment filled with care, fun, and memorable experiences. With years of experience running children’s holiday camps at leading international hotels and successfully managing a nanny agency, she combines professional expertise with a parent’s perspective — the perfect foundation for Camp Flip.
Our Education Lead holds a BA in Education Studies and Early Years Professional Status, with valuable hands-on experience in nursery settings and in running operations at well-known summer camps. Now an Operations Manager at a major accounting firm, she combines strong leadership and organisational expertise with her passion for education — ensuring Camp Flip is a safe, well-structured, and inspiring place for every child.
Together, they share one vision: to create a holiday camp where children feel happy, confident, and supported, while parents enjoy peace of mind knowing their children are in capable and caring hands.
